3. Meet our driver. At the agreed time, our team arrives with your car, cleaned and checked. We verify your licence and identification, walk around the car with you to record its condition and show you the main controls.

4. Drive off. The whole handover usually takes ten to fifteen minutes. Then the car is yours for the rental period, with 24-hour assistance if you need anything.

5. Hand it back. On your return date, we collect the car from the location you choose. A quick check, and you are done.
