Where Bangsar renters go
Weekend trips to Melaka and Port Dickson are the most common, both straight down the North–South Expressway.
For the Cameron Highlands, allow about three and a half hours; the City Hybrid's 28 km per litre keeps the fuel cost down on that kind of distance.
Dinner-and-event driving around KLCC and Bukit Bintang is the other main use. The 530i and the Alphard are our two most requested cars for weddings and corporate evenings in this part of the city.
One practical note for Bangsar: the Federal Highway and Jalan Bangsar both flood in heavy downpours, and the underpasses near Mid Valley are the first to go. If a storm is forecast, park in a basement rather than on the street — flood damage caused by negligence is not covered by the insurance included in your rate.
