Terms & conditions.

Everything worth knowing before you book: who can rent, payment, deposits, insurance excess, mileage, delivery, your responsibilities and driving in Malaysia. Clear and fair, with no hidden charges.

Renter requirements

Pay by transfer, debit or e-wallet

Credit-card customers do not need to send a work card or utility bill.

We cannot rent to anyone with an expired licence, missing or altered documents, or where verification fails. International customers must pay by credit card — we do not accept cash.

Driving rules for visitors

✓Short-term stays. You may drive in Malaysia on a valid foreign licence together with an International Driving Permit (IDP).
✓ASEAN licences. National licences from ASEAN member countries are accepted for short visits without an IDP.
✓English requirement. If your licence is not in English or Bahasa Malaysia, carry an IDP or an official translation.
✓Stay within Malaysia. Our cars may not be taken out of the country, for example to Singapore or Thailand, without our written consent.

Booking & payment

Full advance payment locks in your car and dates. Send the booking from any car page and we confirm it on WhatsApp with a payment link.

How far ahead you can book

1 weekahead for a 1 to 2 day rental.
3 monthsahead for rentals of 3 days and above.
6 monthsahead for rentals of 7 days and above.

Extensions: tell us 2–3 days ahead and settle payment before the extra days begin.

Cancellation & refund

Cancellations on public holidays, early returns, or last-minute cancellations.

50% refundable

Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date.

100% refundable

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the rental date.

Your security deposit is refunded within 5–10 days of the return date by bank transfer, provided there are no summonses, tolls or damage outstanding.

The deposit covers costs that only surface after the car comes back: damage, traffic summonses, tolls and fuel top-ups. Once the car is checked and nothing is outstanding, the full amount is returned. The exact deposit for each car is shown on its page.

Insurance & excess

Every rate includes standard excess-liability insurance, so you never pay more than the excess — never the full repair cost. Optional excess reduction (CDW/LDW) halves that cap for a small daily fee, and it is the same figure you see in the booking form on each car page.

Excess reduction cuts your standard excess by half — the “reduced to” column is the most you would pay toward repairs after an at-fault accident. If the repair costs less than your excess (minor scratches, for example), you pay only the actual repair cost. Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence. Every car in our fleet is fully insured with valid road documentation.

Accidents & repairs

After any accident — your fault or not — make a police report immediately, record the names, ID or passport numbers, phone numbers and plates of everyone involved, and call us. Indicative repair costs, charged up to your excess:

Costs vary by model and exclude vehicle downtime. Replacement parts are new and original.

Distance beyond the allowance is charged at the excess-mileage rate shown on each car page (RM0.20 to RM1.50 per km depending on the model). Fuel is handed over and returned at the same level.

Delivery & collection

Self pick-up at MRT Semantan Gate A — our main pick-up and drop-off point — and at KLCR Desa Sri Hartamas, KL Sentral and Bandar Sunway is always free. Everywhere else is charged per way, and becomes free once your rental is long enough — the booking form applies this automatically.

Fees are per way, so a delivery and a collection are charged separately. Pick-ups or returns between 12:00am and 6:30am carry a RM50 surcharge per leg.

Your responsibilities

Only the person named in the rental contract may drive the car, and it must never be lent to anyone else without our written consent. By renting, you agree to the following:

✕No drugs, alcohol, racing, theft, swapping or selling parts, sub-renting or any criminal act — non-negotiable and reported to PDRM.
✕No smoking inside the vehicle — RM200 penalty.
✕No e-hailing or commercial carriage (Grab, inDrive and similar).
✕Do not return the car dirty or damaged.
✓Respect other drivers and pedestrians.
✓Drive responsibly and obey the law.
✓Only the name or names on the contract may drive the car.
✓Keep below 120km/h — your deposit comes back faster.

We do not cap our cars at any speed, but driving above 120km/h may cost you the security deposit and earn you a summons. Please obey Malaysian road and transport law.

Package & discount terms

Longer rentals are discounted automatically — no code to remember. The discount is applied to the daily rate in your quote before payment.

✓No code needed. Package discounts are applied to your quote automatically based on the number of days you book.
✓One continuous booking. The rental must meet the package length in a single continuous booking; split bookings do not qualify.
✓Discount basis. Discounts apply to the daily rental rate only — not to delivery fees, child seats, excess reduction, fuel, tolls, summonses, surcharges or the security deposit.
✓Deposit still applies. The standard security deposit for the car class applies to every booking and is refunded under the normal deposit terms.
✓Early return. If you return the car early, the discount is recalculated against the days actually used and the package may no longer apply.
✓Extensions. Extra days are charged at the package rate if the car is still available, otherwise at the standard rate.
✓One offer per booking. Package discounts cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount or special rate; where more than one could apply, we give you the better price.
