Car Rental in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya

Picking up in Bandar Sunway

Jalan PJS 8/12 is an easy meeting point whether you are coming from the BRT Sunway Line, the Setia Jaya KTM interchange or straight off the Federal Highway. We meet you at the kerb, walk the car with you, photograph its condition and hand over the keys.

Nothing is added for collecting here — pick-up and return at all four KLCR branches are free, on any rental length. If you would rather we brought the car to you, Petaling Jaya delivery is RM30 per way and free from three days.

Who this branch suits

Sunway is our student and medical-visitor branch. Sunway University and Monash Malaysia sit within walking distance, and we see a lot of semester-long rentals on the economy cars — at 30 days or more the daily rate falls by up to 55%, which makes a Saga or Iriz one of the cheapest ways to keep a car in the Klang Valley.

Families visiting Sunway Medical Centre or Sunway Lagoon tend to book the 7-seaters, and corporate renters working in the Sunway and Subang business parks usually take the City Hybrid or X70 Premium on a monthly package.

Nearby landmarks and neighbourhoods

• Subang Jaya, SS15 and Taipan, ten minutes away
• USJ and Puchong, both a short drive

Where renters drive from Sunway

Port Dickson is roughly an hour and a half, and Melaka two hours, both straight down the North–South Expressway.

For Genting or Fraser's Hill, allow two hours and pick something with torque — the Ativa AV, X50 Premium and CR-V V are the common choices.

If you are moving between campuses or shifting furniture, the Hilux Double Cab and Triton Double Cab are both RM360 a day with an open cargo bed.
