The BMW 530i is the sedan: 252 hp, rear-wheel drive and the car we rent most often for business. The BMW X5 xDrive40e is the SUV — a 340 hp plug-in hybrid with 650 litres of luggage space, and the best choice if you need presence plus boot space.

The MPVs are where most luxury bookings land. The Alphard and Vellfire AGH30 EL at RM585 per day, the newer AGH40 Z at RM900, and the electric Zeekr 009, Xpeng X9 and Denza D9. All seat seven in captain-chair comfort.

Weddings and events

If you are booking for a wedding, the two things that matter are the car arriving spotless and arriving early. We hand over cleaned and fully fuelled or charged, and we coordinate the timing with you on WhatsApp the day before.

For events, note our after-hours terms: handovers between 12:00am and 6:30am carry a RM50 surcharge per leg. Most wedding bookings run two to three days, which also puts them at or near the three-day threshold where delivery in KL and PJ becomes free.

Deposits and what is included

Every luxury car carries a RM1,000 refundable deposit, returned within 5 to 10 days of the return date once the car is checked. The damage excess is RM14,000, which optional excess reduction halves to RM7,000 for RM100 per day.

Rates include excess-liability insurance, servicing, road tax and 24-hour assistance. Unlimited mileage applies on rentals of three to 30 days; excess mileage beyond an allowance is RM0.80 to RM1.00 per km depending on the model.

A note on who may drive. Only the person named in the rental contract may take the wheel, and the car cannot be lent on without our written consent — this matters more on luxury bookings than anywhere else, because event and wedding cars often get handed between family members on the day. Tell us who is driving when you book and we will put the right name on the contract.
