Bukit Bintang and KLCC sit in our Kuala Lumpur zone at RM30 per way, free from three days. We hand over at the hotel driveway or the residence lobby — give us the hotel name and your room or arrival time and we will coordinate with the concierge.

Returns work the same way: leave the car with us at the driveway at the agreed time, or drop it at any of our four branches if that is easier on your last morning. Handovers between 12:00am and 6:30am carry a RM50 surcharge per leg, which matters for red-eye departures.

Driving in central KL — be realistic

This is the one part of the city where a car is not always the fastest option. Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Ampang are congested from mid-afternoon, and hotel parking in the Golden Triangle is charged by the hour.

Where a rental genuinely pays off is everything outside the centre: day trips to Genting or Batu Caves, a Melaka weekend, airport runs with luggage, or evening events where a hired MPV or luxury sedan saves you juggling e-hailing for a group. Many of our Bukit Bintang customers take the car for three days, use it for the trips and leave it parked in between — and at three days delivery and collection are both free.

Luxury is disproportionately popular in this area: the BMW 530i for business, and the Alphard and Vellfire for airport transfers and events.

For sightseeing further afield, Batu Caves is 20 minutes north and Putrajaya 30 minutes south.

Groups and families usually take the Serena S-Hybrid, Staria Lite or one of the electric MPVs — the Denza D9 and Zeekr 009 are the quietest way to move seven people around the city.
