Two words describe my experience with Nexx car rentals. Honest and reliable. Andrew went above and beyond to help us get a car at last minute and also return the car when KL rush hour traffic caught us out on our way to the airport. This was the only car rental service we could find that offers bank transfer/cash payments, which is SO helpful for simple tourists like us (no credit cards). Andrew was very friendly and responsive in providing us with the info we needed. He was very understanding on our travel situation as well and flexible in the agreement. An excellent service was provided with a reasonable cost! Nexx Rental has gained our trust and we will definitely go back to it when we come and visit in the future!
